Across the services, there is a great range of ticket types to suit everyone! There are single and day tickets for same-day travel, group tickets which offer a discount when travelling in pairs or with family, and zonal tickets for great savings on travel within certain areas.

There are BIG SAVINGS to be found on Day Tickets and  Group Tickets, offering value for individuals, couples and families!* 
*Groups of up-to 5 people travelling together (min 1, max 2 over the age of 19). Formerly Family tickets.

Quick Links

For our quickest trips, we've introduced a new £1.50 flat fare on single journeys. 
Young people can get 20% off on Quick Link journeys! making the flat fare just £1.20!

Inner Links

For select travel within zones, we've introduced a new £2.50 flat fare on single journeys. 
It's even cheaper for Young People, with a flat fare of just £2 on Inner Link journeys!

Outer Links

From 1st January 2025, all single fares will be capped at £3.* That means that you will never pay more than £3 to get to get to your destination - perfect for longer journeys!

*excludes schooldays-only routes

Anywhere 

For flexible travel on routes across our Hedingham & Chambers network, the Anywhere, Anytime ticket offers more freedom to get where you want to go.

Travel across the whole of our Hedingham & Chambers network, from Basildon to Bury St Edmunds and Clacton to Clare as well as many places in between. This is the best value ticket for long distance travel, and is best used if you are making a journey with connections.

Clacton Rocks 

The Clacton Rocks zone serves the surrounding areas of Clacton, such as Jaywick, St Osyth, Point Clear, Bockings Elm, Great Clacton, Little Clacton, and Holland on Sea, making it the ideal ticket for local travel.

Frinton Faresaver 

The Frinton Faresaver can save you money on short distance travel between Walton on the Naze, Frinton on Sea, and Kirby Cross. Suitable for use on the 97 and 98 routes.

Seasiders

For trips across the county, the all-Essex Seasiders ticket allows you to travel around without limits, and you can even hop on and off the bus when you like!

Sudbury Town Zone 

The Sudbury Town Zone Tickets are valid within Sudbury, Long Melford, and Great Cornard. This ticket is ideal if you are making a short journey in and around the Sudbury area.
