How much do you earn?
We offer good rates of pay and benefits when you join us!

Earn as you learn as a trainee driver: £11.94 per hour.

Newly qualified drivers (after mentoring) during first year of holding a PCV licence: £13 per hour.

Fully qualified driver rate after 1 year of holding a licence: £14 per hour.

Opportunities to earn more on over-time, late, and Sunday shifts at £15.40 per hour.

Rail replacement work and shuttle services for special events.
What experience do I need?
- A car driving licence with a minimum of a year's UK driving experience
- Must be over the age of 18
- Smart and professional appearance
- Previous Customer Service, retail or working with people skills (preferred)
- Flexibility to work shifts
We currently have vacancies available at our bus depots in Clacton, Sudbury, Sible Hedingham and Kelvedon.
