If you have left an item on one of our buses please get in touch with our customer services team who will be happy to help you.

Any items that our handed to our drivers or found by a member of staff are logged and sent to one of our depots. Get in touch and we will try and get it back to you.
Perishable items, such as food, will be disposed of straight away, so try not to leave your sandwiches on the bus! Other lost property is kept for one month, after which it's disposed of or given to charity.
We'll do our best to reunite you with your lost property, but we cannot be held responsible for any item left on our vehicles.
We always recommend you check you have all your belongings with you before you leave the bus.
