Although we a fundamentally deliver bus services across Norfolk/Essex and Suffolk, we see our role as being much greater than that. To connect the communities we serve, we pride ourselves on ensuring that our buses and work environments provide a welcoming and inclusive space for all, where passengers and colleagues feel safe, supported, and confident to work and travel.

We regularly take part in community events across our network, including those held to celebrate Pride. You can catch our buses to enjoy a great day out at Pride events in Dereham and Norwich/Clacton and Colchester, as well as to many other Great Days Out By Bus!
